Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Services reserved for the beauty room Aware that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I strive to maintain a smooth schedule and respect each of my clients. Therefore, a booking policy has been implemented. Deposit: To guarantee your reserved time slot, a deposit of 30% of the service cost is required when booking your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You can modify or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Any new booking will require a new deposit, in accordance with the current terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any additional fees. However, the deposit paid will be retained. Cancellation between 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost, in addition to the deposit already paid, will be applied to any cancellation made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment, unless the service provider has been notified in advance. No-show: In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than one hour before the scheduled time, the service will be considered due in full (100%), without the possibility of a refund or rescheduling, except in cases of duly justified force majeure. The deposit paid will be retained, and the remaining balance may be charged via the credit card information requested during booking, in accordance with the terms and conditions presented and to be validated at the time of appointment confirmation. Lateness: Any delay exceeding 10 minutes will result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment if the schedule does not allow for the service to be provided under satisfactory conditions. Without prior notification, the appointment may be considered a no-show. Accompanying persons: Only minors may be accompanied by an adult during their appointment. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the appointment being canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Abuse of changes: Flavie's Makeup reserves the right to refuse any new bookings in the event of repeated abuse of cancellations or rescheduling.
